Complaints Policy

Complaints Procedure

I aim to provide a professional and ethical counselling service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, I encourage you to discuss your concerns with me in the first instance.

I will take any concerns seriously and will do my best to resolve them promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve matters informally, a formal complaint may be made in writing.

If I am a member of a professional body, clients may also be able to raise concerns through that organisation's complaints procedure.
