Counselling for Couples
Relationships can work well, but sometimes one or both partners can find things difficult. This could be through a lack of communication, misunderstandings, infidelity, low self-esteem, rejection and others.
I will work with both of you as a couple as you bring your relationship into the room. I will let you both have your time to bring what is uniquely happening for you.
I suggest meeting in person with you both rather than remote video work for this. I can help you look at patterns of behaviours that you both may not be aware of. You will be the ones who will decide what to do in your relationship next. My sessions are for one hour and I charge currently £55 for this service.
